Founded in 2003, Maddies Realty has quickly established itself as one of the leading real estate and property management agencies on the Redcliffe Peninsula. We have been honored and recognised as a finalist for Best New Business in the Redcliffe Business Achievers Awards in 2003. As a boutique real estate agency, Maddies Realty offers genuine and personal service, while at the same time delivering the highest standard of real estate professionalism and expertise.
Maddies Realty success as an ‘independent’ real estate agency and property management specialist has been built on personal referral from previously satisfied clients, tenants and landlords. Maddies Realty is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and you join us as a suitably qualified and professionally motivated associate enabled to guarantee a constant high standard of personal real estate service.
I have been in real estate for over 20 years, I am a former President of the REIQ Redcliffe Branch and I have been the co-owner of two LJ Hooker franchises in inner North Brisbane before moving to Scarborough in 2000. Three years after moving to Scarborough, I fulfilled a lifelong dream when opening Maddies Realty Lifestyle Properties in 2003.
In 2007 Maddies Hermans’ Lifestyle Properties expanded through the acquisition of Hermans’ Real Estate rental business and our name changed to Maddies Hermans Lifestyle Properties. In 2008 this expansion saw us move to new single state of the art premises in Scarborough.
Since then recognising that personal attention was what really mattered in the real estate industry, my associates and I have strived to provide a service that was different and more personal than any other real estate agency.

On a more personal note, I am extremely community minded, and I am a member of the Rotary Club of Redcliffe City. I also donate a percentage of all my commission to a number of charities that are close to my heart, including the Queensland Institute of Medical Research.
