Michel-Anne, or Maddie as she is know by her regular clients, has worked in real estate for over 20 years, and has previously acted as the President of the REIQ Redcliffe Branch.
In May 2007 Michel-Anne was award a "FELLOW" OF THE REIQ .
This was awarded to her for her long standing work with in the Real Estate Industry as well as her committment to her fellow collegues

Prior to establishing Maddies Realty, Maddie previously co-owned two LJ Hooker franchises in inner North Brisbane and has worked in the Redcliffe Area for a number of years. In 2003, Maddie fulfilled her career goal of opening her own agency, and established Maddies Realty Lifestyle Properties.

During her time working in Real Estate, Maddie recognised that personal attention was integral when dealing in the real estate industry. As a result Maddies Realty strives to provide professional service with a difference – tailoring every service to the individual. April 2006 Michel-Anne bought out her competitor in the Holiday Rental Arena "Gateway Properties Simons Letting enabling her to be the largest Holiday Rental Provider for Brisbane.
In the same year July 2007 Michel-Anne bought from Mr George Hermans the Hermans Real Esate Agency consisting of 3 offices she amalgamated them into one and has now established her agency as Maddies Hermans' Lifestyle Properties.
This agency is now the Largest Independant Agency on The Redcliffe Peninsula
